So many thank yous to throw out in this post.
Firstly starting with the @ukbff_official and @ukbff_lisatierneystokes for putting on such great show and officially presenting me my own tracksuit to join the house of champions team something i never thought would happen but determination and drive always rewards the ones that never give up. So thank ukbff. It's time to get even better to go out there and earn that pro card🙏🏾
I need to thank my good friend @rasto_valent_ifbbpro @rastocoach this guy has guided me to making game changing decisions, helped me every step of the way for this prep I can't thank you enough brother 💙👊🏾

I need to thank the boys (my team) @vknphysique @vishalvyas @turk_fitness1 for pushing me daily, you boys are who got me back to this point. I would not be here without you guys. We keep pushing boys 💙👊🏾

And I have to thank my partner @natalie_manson , she's the rock and the one who really keeps me on track, the daily patience with me due to being on prep, the push and support she gives me is amazing. I love you so much xxx

MONDAY MOTIVATION

98KG ➡️ 88KG | MEN’S PHYSIQUE PREP 🔥
