Really have been having fun with my hammstring training. It's pretty fricken cool that I can see my separations on my legs

The assisted Nordic curl machine is a whole other beast. ( I still love my hip thrusts lol) Someone like me who always had trouble feeling my hamstrings, it's a godsend. 2 big things I learned are

🎄1. that you want to have knees in line with the pivot point of the machine. That way, it keeps unnecessary stress off of your knee and puts the emphasis right on your hamstrings

🎄2. Keep your core flipping tight and get the hips under your ribs. You'll achieve a greater stretch on the hamstrings and will prevent your lower back from engaging too much

What are your guys' experience with training hammstrings? ⏬️⏬️ your experiences

Opps had this one in my drafts for a while. I'm sure I was going to use this to describe bench form, but I'll just post the lift 🤙🏼

one huge thing I was doing this bench was focusing heavily on spreading the bar apart. I've always had huge problems engaging my lats, but the mastermind @kayla_scoobyhealth showed me how to get them to fire🔥 by @lrands96

Some back day activities 🤙🏼 the pump for the chest Supported Row was top notch @evofitndnorth

I've been going strong on my second week of my new training. @kayla_scoobyhealth is making everything feel new again, but that could also be due to @evofitndnorth getting all these new toys.

This is just one of the cool new pieces, Justin and his team got for the new location, and I love it!💪🏼

The main reason why this machine is badass is that it is a smith machine that moves in two planes instead of just one.

Normally, a smith travels in one plane of motion. Up and down or in the frontal plane. This one goes back and forth, or travels in the sagittal the plane. This means that if you want to target specific muscles, specifically single limb lifts, you wouldn't have to worry about any motion from side to side, so then you can concentrate more on the stretch and contracting of the muscle you want. Granted, if you want to engage your core more, this isn't the machine to use. Using normal free weights will accomplish what you're looking for.

Just wanted to shout out one of the coolest gyms I've been to, plus my coach for her badass new program 💪🏼🤙🏼 by @lrands96

Happy Tuesday ya'll👋🏼this the first post in a hot minute, aha.
My life has been insane lately, insanely busy, and insanely rewarding. After my bodybuilding show, I was pretty hard on myself for a LLOONNGG while, mainly because I knew I could have done A LOT more, but I've been learning to let the past go. I'm going to turn what I should have done to what I will do next time.

I also got ENGAGED to the wonderfully beautiful @venomquil446❤️. We took a trip to Colorado with a couple of our best friends, and it was amazing. Don't worry, I've got pictures and will make a post this weekend with them😊 Colorado is actually where I proposed to her and I wish I could redo it, just so I can relive that feeling again.

After we came back, I had the amazing opportunity of getting hired @crunchfargo being a personal trainer!! Whooop🎊! I'm so happy to be able to actually say I, Luke, am a personal trainer.

I've been the busiest I've been in basically my whole life, but I wouldn't change it for the world. Helping my clients, seeing the changes they are making, and getting to hear their success stories are worth more to me than how busy I am. You'll be hearing from me a little more often here soon. I have big plans coming on. by @lrands96

A little back update from the off-season. Hard work and consistency baby💪🏼🤙🏼

I'll make a whole post come show weekend. I have so many awesome, and fantastic people who helped me reach this goal of mine! They know how much I appreciate they're support, so they deserve more than a reel 💯 one last push and then it's burger time🤤

I'm in my fucking zone💥💪🏼and it feels soo good!
Hope you let go of whatever is holding you back from your zone👏🏼
