Have I ever told you the story behind this picture? It was at my graduation. My mother had the camcorder up to her face the whole time. Thank you Aunt Patricia Fane for being there too. Back to the story, she had the camcorder BUT she never pushed the record button. 😀😄😂😁🤣🤣

Today she would have been 85 but God needed her with him instead. Rest easy.

I love you mama, I am continuing to work to make you proud of me. You did a great job with me, it was not perfect or easy but I thank you. by @lrgreats

This is what happens when private school educators shift!

We leveled up this weekend @7FELive2026. I went from a yellow lanyard to purple, @reflectivewisdom24 went from purple to pink and @wecoachingandconsulting went from pink to white...if you know, you know. I am thrilled to be in company with folks who understand my language. Here we go Our Own Lane Community is on its way! by @lrgreats

While I went to ATL for the #7FELive2026 event, even took a picture with the Founder and CEO of the program. I made some time to reconnect with family and friends too, some who I have not seen in over 30 years. by @lrgreats

Day 2 was excellent. The conference is organized and inspiring. Thank you Erica Jordan-Thomas for #7FELive2026, you are delivering on your marketing materials! The customer service!! Yes, the care that your team is giving is amazing and much needed!

Being an educator for 25 years and this year marks 28 years since I took that first school job.

Committing to this new community feels perfect for where I am right now! There are 2 former private school educators here who grounded this experience for me. There are also replays from previous conferences and one of the participants is a friend who is not a prep school educator but she is one of the best school consultants out there! Shout out to Tanya! Seeing you on that video confirmed that I am in the right place. Shout out to Rha Goddess, Entrepreneurial Soul Coach, CEO Move The Crowd for the role that you are playing in my present.

Imagine celebrating educators who deserve so much better than we get. It is time for us to make the life that we have been trying to instill in our students.

Yesterday I watched educators, who look like me, be truly celebrated. Mirrors and windows everywhere! by @lrgreats
