Everybody scrolls Zillow from the first page… but the real opportunities are usually on the LAST page. 👀

Here’s the strategy:

🏡 Search properties by “Newest”📉 Go all the way to the last page⏳ Look for listings that have been sitting the longest🤝 Reach out to owners who may be more flexible on pricing or terms

The longer a property sits, the more motivated the owner usually becomes. That gives you more room to negotiate and potentially structure a better Airbnb deal without overpaying.

This is one of the simplest ways to find hidden opportunities most people skip over. 🔑

I didn’t just stumble into real estate—I built my foundation in it.

🏡 From being licensed realtor in Chicago, IL and Albuquerque, NM to owning and managing single-family and multi-family properties, I’ve seen every side of the game. I’ve handled Section 8 tenants, evictions, and now I operate in short-term rentals—turning properties into real cash-flowing assets. 💰
