Fun little details to this Modern/Spanish house! This house is SLOWLY but surely coming together.

With this project, I utilized AutoCAD for almost everything. With my furniture design work I was able to create Custom items from furniture (barstools and dining table), stair railings, and every door and window.

More to come, but what is your favorite room so far? taken in Preston Hollow, Dallas, Texas by @lrs.interiordesigns

One thing I love about being an Interior Designer is the little but BIG projects. We had one of our first installs this morning at a clients BEAUTIFUL home that just needs some updating.

We added new nightstands and a credenza to their guest room with a fun accent chair.
(Working on art for this room)

We added a little seated area to their upstairs.
(Choosing art and a new rug ASAP)

And the Master Bedroom🙌🏼 we only added new nightstands and a credenza but we are deciding between different beds (custom or bought), new rug, art and some fun curtains to bring together the space. taken in Dallas, Texas by @lrs.interiordesigns

Here are some highlights of my most recent project. A 2 story Medical Building. Multiple exam rooms and offices.
I personally designed a couple of custom items like the LED Light Up Cabinet, Office Desk (not pictured the marble top), and the gold dining table (not pictured the marble top).
It’s fun to step away from residential work and make people’s work place fun and chic. taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @lrs.interiordesigns
