After more than 30 years of calling this incredible country home, I am beyond happy and deeply honoured to officially become a Canadian citizen today. 🇨🇦
I’ve always felt like part of the Canadian family, and now I truly am one. The ceremony was so moving—seeing people from so many different countries taking the oath together, with tears of joy and proud smiles all around, was unforgettable.
What a special day. My heart is full of gratitude, and I hope to give back as much as Canada has given me. ❤️ #canadian #citizenship #ocanada #truenorth by @lschoene12

Lori , we are so proud of you and the stronger future self you’re building one class at a time 💪✨

“My biggest Pilates win would have to be the change in my body all around. I have more energy, I feel stronger and taller, and my clothes haven’t fit this well in a very long time! (I almost wish I had kept more of my old clothes 😄). My favourite is the new Circuit class, it both humbles and challenges me. The exercise that empowers me is the good old-fashioned plank, especially with feet in straps, because I can feel how strong my core has become. I remember feeling so deflated at first when I had a hard time doing a lot of the exercises, but I’m glad I kept with it!”

My lilacs this year look and smell amazing. They brought back memories of Grandma Rita’s lilac hedge, when she would go out back and cut us armfuls of these scented beauties to take home with us, when we were kids. Right after she gave us sweet rolls and coffee, something we weren’t allowed to have at home. “Don’t tell your mom.”
