✨ DAY 9 OF TEACHER SPOTLIGHT ✨

Today we are SO excited to shine the spotlight on Mrs. Deborah! 🤍🩰

Mrs. Deborah has been such a beautiful addition to our Laura’s Studio family! She teaches ballet at both our Florence and Athens locations, and we have loved watching the way she pours her knowledge, experience, and passion for ballet into each and every dancer. She is so intentional about building strong technique while also helping our dancers fall even more in love with ballet. 🩰✨

But beyond being an incredible teacher, Mrs. Deborah is just such a joy to have around the studio! She is kind, encouraging, patient, and has such a sweet spirit. You can truly feel how much she cares about our dancers and wants the very best for each of them. 🤍

We feel SO blessed to have Mrs. Deborah on our team and are incredibly thankful for the love, talent, and joy she brings to our studio and our students. She is truly someone we are so grateful to have in our LSOPA family! 🫶🏼

✨ TEACHER SPOTLIGHT — DAY 8! ✨

Today we are shining the spotlight on the sweetest Mrs. Kara! 💕🤸‍♀️

Mrs. Kara is such a LIGHT in our studio! She has a heart of gold and pours so much love, encouragement, and joy into every student she teaches. She teaches our tumbling classes in Athens and has a way of making every class fun, exciting, and something the kids look forward to! 🩷

She loves and pours into our students like they are her own, always cheering them on, celebrating their accomplishments, and encouraging them to believe in themselves. We are SO thankful for her sweet spirit, her patience, and the love she brings into our studio every week! 🥹✨

And you’re sure to see her around the Athens studio with her two sweet boys! 💙 They are the cutest little faces and such a special part of our studio family! 🥰

✨ DAY 6 OF TEACHER SPOTLIGHT ✨

Today we are shining the spotlight on our sweet Miss Hallie Kate! 💕✨

Hallie Kate is truly one of the brightest, most fun, and enthusiastic people you’ll ever meet! She has such a gift for making everyone around her feel loved, seen, and welcomed. 🥹💗

She doesn’t just pour into every single student she teaches, but she pours into their families, too! She has never met a stranger and is ALWAYS making a new friend! 🫶🏼

And she doesn’t just teach our precious preschool classes! She also serves as our Studio Coordinator in Athens, helping make LSOPA the special place that it is. From putting together fun studio events, creating memories for our families, and jumping in wherever she is needed, she is ALWAYS willing to help! ✨

We absolutely LOVE Hallie Kate and the way she loves our studio families so genuinely. She brings so much joy, energy, and light to LSOPA, and we are SO thankful for everything she does! 💕💃🏼

✨ TEACHER SPOTLIGHT — DAY 4! ✨
Today we’re shining the spotlight on Cody Foster! 🤩
This year, Cody stepped into the role of Athens Studio Director, and we could not be more thankful for the leadership, passion, and heart he brings to our Athens location! He has embraced this role with so much intentionality and truly has a heart for serving our students, families, and staff.
Cody is so much more than an incredible teacher, he is someone who is passionate about pouring into the next generation. His heart goes beyond teaching steps, skills, and technique. He wants to help raise up dancers AND children who are confident in who they are, know their worth, and believe in themselves. ✨
We are so thankful for the way he leads, encourages, challenges, and believes in our students. Watching him invest in the next generation and help them grow both on and off the dance floor is something so special.
We are SO grateful for you, Cody, and the incredible leader you are! 🤍

Today we’re shining the spotlight on the incredible Mrs. Julie Carter! 🤍
Mrs. Julie is an absolute POWERHOUSE teacher! From her incredible choreography to her amazing skills, she brings so much talent, passion, and creativity into everything she does. 🔥
But what makes Mrs. Julie so special is how intentional she is with her teaching. She pours into each dancer, challenges them to grow, and is always intentional about helping them become stronger, more confident, and better dancers. 🩰✨

We’re kicking off our Teacher Spotlight Series!!💗 Each day, we’ll be introducing you to one of the amazing teachers who make Laura’s Studio of Performing Arts so special! We want our families to get to know the faces, hearts, and personalities behind the teachers who pour so much into our dancers! 🩰✨

And of course… We HAD to start with our founder, Laura Hawie Foster!👑💕

Laura is the heart behind LSOPA and the reason this studio has been a home to so many dancers and families for so many years. Her passion for dance, love for her students, and vision for what this studio can be continues to inspire us every single day. 💗

Our Homeschool Program was such a HUGE hit last season that we’ve added another homeschool class this year, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🤍

If you’re a homeschool family, we have a class for YOU! Come dance, tumble, make new friends, and build lasting memories with other homeschool students in a fun, encouraging environment.
