Why I’m Speaking Out The Truth About My Case” I Was Sentenced To 168 Months This case isn’t just about me. It’s about how the federal government used power it never had. They bypassed the Constitution. They violated jurisdiction.They silenced my defense. And I refuse to stay quiet.
This case was led by:
• ATF Special Agent Christopher Seibel
• DEA Task Force Officer Jose Alcantara Neither had legal deputation under 21 U.S.C. § 878 or 28 C.F.R. §§ 0.55–0.56.ATF has no authority to enforce federal drug laws. The investigation itself was unlawful from day one.They used that unlawful investigation to get search warrants.
• No jurisdictional basis.
• No “positive conflict” with state law.
• No lawful probable cause.
That’s a Fourth Amendment violation.The Constitution sets limits:
• 🏢 Enclave Clause (Art. I §8 cl.17): Federal power only on ceded land.
• 🏞️ Property Clause (Art. IV §3 cl.2): Managing federal property ≠ police power.
• 🏛️ Supremacy Clause (Art. VI): Only applies when jurisdiction exists.
• ⚖️ Tenth Amendment: Powers not given to the feds stay with the states. The Northern District of Ohio is state land. No jurisdiction = No federal case. The government leans on the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs. But:
• It’s non-self-executing.
• It can’t override the Constitution.
• It can’t create jurisdiction Congress never gave.
📚 Medellín v. Texas (2008): treaties don’t create automatic domestic law. 21 U.S.C. § 903:
“No provision… shall be construed as indicating an intent… to occupy the field… unless there is a positive conflict between [federal] and State law.”
No positive conflict. Ohio law already governs this.
Government listed Ohio as the “victim.” Violated my due process and right to represent myself
This is a state matter, not federal. Evidence in my case was destroyed on September 24-26,2024, I was unaware and didn’t find out until after trial on July 15,2025 Former counsel Bret Jordan refused to file key motions standby counsel Thomas Shaungsassy said he’d never heard of jurisdiction issues in 30 years. The system ignored the Constitution at every step.
