20,000 downloads in less than a year of releasing episodes! When I had the initial idea for the show, I never imagined anything like this would happen. Like I’ve shared before, when we released episode 0 just under a year ago, I said that if we had 50 downloads that day, I would be happy. But we more than doubled that on the first day and saw growth with every subsequent episode/bonus piece of content. We’re living in a time where everyone has a podcast, fiction/audio drama podcasts are increasing in number and are usually backed by or fronted by celebrities (and therefore, tons and tons of cash), and people are, in general, overly inundated by options that anything really catching someone’s attention organically can feel impossible. But somehow, our show did. We’re a small team (read: 2 people and a cast of amazing actors who haven’t made a dime from this), operating with zero budget and creating this show in our free time/weekends, who wanted to make something we would actually want to listen to. We are so grateful to everyone who has listened or will listen, and we are so excited about the show’s future. Here’s to 20,000 (and then some) more! by @ltftpod
The first episode of The Nightmare Shift is LIVE on all your favorite podcast platforms! Just head to the Longtime, First Time feed wherever you listen. This episode was so fun to write and record. Huge thanks to Cole Pendery (who isn’t on socials) and @maxpattison33 for crushing their performances of Curtis and Travis respectively. Stare into the darkness of Wolf Bluff from a different perspective today! by @ltftpod
The first episode of The Nighmare Shift drops Monday on the Longtime, First Time feed on all your favorite podcasts platforms! Curtis was a broke college student who needed a way to keep the lights on. Why not work at Bodacious Burger, Wolf Bluff’s most infamous fast food establishment? When he’s offered a spot on the overnight shift, Curtis finds that he may be in for more than he bargained for. The Nightmare Shift is a deeper look into the shadowy underbelly that exists beneath the idyllic facade of Wolf Bluff. When the sun sets, the nightmare begins. by @ltftpod
It takes a certain kind of person to work the night shift. Sometimes, it can be a real nightmare. Rex McHattie and his crew aren’t the only ones working the graveyard shift in Wolf Bluff. When the sun goes down, the real terrors come out. Wolf Bluff casts a long shadow. Stare into it with The Nightmare Shift, presented by Longtime, First Time, coming soon to your favorite podcast platforms. by @ltftpod
