Emma’s sisters threw her the most fabulous and fun bridal shower this past weekend! So creative, an amazing venue, surrounded by just incredible people. 🎉 20 🎉 I don’t know how it’s possible that this baby girl of mine is TWENTY! She’s light, she’s joy, she’s laughter. I miss her terribly when she’s not here, but am so proud of the woman she’s becoming - independent, resilient, kind and courageous.

Love you to infinity, Josie! I’m sorry I am not there to make your birthday pancakes but I hope you have the best day ever with your friends.

Happy 27th Birthday to our soon-to-be Mrs/Dr. Taylor-Waterer!

Beautiful, smart, hilarious, slightly bossy (wonder where you got that?) and one of my absolute favorite people to do life with!

This year is a BIG one… birthday celebrations, wedding bells, and becoming Mrs. Waterer! I can’t wait to watch it all unfold.

This summer is just flying by - and I need it to slow down! I have LOVED having Josie home - from our Love Island watch parties each night (UK beats USA), to learning Mahjong together (she won both rounds our first time playing!) - it’s been an absolute blessing.

And, of course, we are in full swing wedding mode over here too. Had Delaney’s shower in May, her bachelorette trip in June, moved her to Rome and moved Ava to a new apartment in Savannah.

We celebrated Ava’s “1/2 birthday” with the sweetest friends, I went wedding dress shopping with Emma, dusted off my 30 yr old gown to see if I could still squeeze into it, and Josie humored me by stepping into it for a pic too.

Spending time with friends on Midland, and really enjoying memories made with Jake/Emma this summer too.
