Don’t be jealous…when I was at school today, I was able to finally get my Unit 4 Schools 25-year plaque from the end of last year! Can’t wait to find the perfect spot to put it on display! by @ltree79

Upon returning from Louisiana, Zay is subbing with his buddies on Yard Goats 🐐15u Navy. Hit a 3-run 💣 I’m the first inning to help them get the lead. Great win, boys! ⚾️ by @ltree79

I love to stay connected to former students! Dina was in my first grade class at South Side 22 years ago! ❤️ After second grade, her family relocated to Boston, she then went to college in Georgia and is now living back in Switzerland. Just found out that starting this fall, she will be teaching kindergarten there! It was fun to take her around the school and reflect on her memories of her time here. She was in the class from when Jaime was my student teacher (photo included)! by @ltree79

Tonight Zay and Jaime were able to go watch the Rocket City Trash Pandas take on the Birmingham Barons. Thank you to Jake Munroe for always being the best host! ❤️⚾️ They are already formulating a plan to stop on the way back from Baton Rouge to watch a home game. by @ltree79

This is indicative of our lives right now…Liv and I are driving north from Destin back to Champaign. Jaime and Zay are driving south from Champaign to Louisiana (with a pitstop in Birmingham to watch a baseball game). We crossed paths in Spring Hill, TN and made a mutual gas stop and a quick hello! by @ltree79

Midstate Blaze 16u🔥continues to roll in Florida! So proud of the teamwork!

Have I told you that Liv likes to bunt? We bunt it down the line on change ups, we sac bunt runners over, we lay it down in front of the plate and outrun the throw. And so they don’t think we only bunt, we hit triples in the gap. On to Friday! by @ltree79
