apple puff pastry recipe 🍎 :

- 1 to 2 apples
- 1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- muscovado sugar
- 1 egg
- spices of your choice (here : cinnamon (1 tsp), cardamom (1 tsp) and ginger (½ tsp))

1. peel the apples, cut them into slices and remove the centre with a cookie cutter

2. in a small bowl, mix the brown sugar with the spices, then dip the apple slices in the mixture to coat them well

3. cut the puff pastry (either into strips and wrap them around the apple slices, or like in the video)

4. brush your pastries with a beaten egg, then sprinkle with muscovado sugar

5. bake for 20 minutes at 180°C

tip : warm them up in the Air fryer for 1 or 2 minutes before eating 🥣 taken in Trondheim, Norway by @lu.enkel
