Salamat @asintibuokdebohol for allowing us to get a full insight of this very unique way of salt making.

The process takes several months of preparation and hard work to make sure the salt will stick perfectly to the clay creating this beautiful dinosaur egg.
The labour it’s exhausting and takes lots of concentration to be able to coordinate left and right hands while adding the filtrated seawater boiled for several hours and on the other hand stopping the bubble from coming out the pot not allowing the water to fully crystallize forming a dense, hard dome. taken in Bohol, Cebu, Philippines by @lu_assoldelli

one of the best human I ever had the privilege to meet.

Thank you for reminding me that the small things and the smallest gestures gives a whole different perspective.
Thank you for taking us on your boat, fishing with you was simply a whole new experience. You didn’t know us, but you still decided to show up the next day, meeting you and your son really filled my heart.
Thank you for taking us to your home and allowing me to meet your mami, she’s a special human, just like you are. Thank you for sharing our loot for lunch and offering to spend the night with you.
Please never change and keep smiling, you’re gonna make your son a great fisherman just like you, I hope he will love the fishing rod from Nik and he will make the most of it out in the sea.
I hope you enjoyed our company as much as we did.

You and your son will always have a special place in my heart, I want to remember your faces forever so those pictures are for me to don’t forget about you and your kindness🤍

Balabac, Onuk 🌊

Cristal clear water, white sand beaches and lots of snorkelling with turtles, clownfishes and beautiful corals🪸🐠🐡🐟

There’s so much life below what we see from the surface and it’s absolutely wonderful! I hope the locals will keep protecting those ecosystem and look after the wildlife so hopefully the future generations will be able to enjoy this lil corner of paradise taken in Balabac, Palawan, Philippines by @lu_assoldelli

Golden hour in Balabac to see the sun paint the sky

💛🧡❤️

Watching the sun setting into the sea and disappearing into it was just pure poetry, such a special moment shared with very special people we met on the way.

After Manila caos we flew to Puerto Princesa.

Here was so peaceful, just what we needed.

Luckily not too many foreigners, it felt like the locals would care more about the environment and people were in much better shape, kitty cats and doggies included so not too many tears over here.

We stayed away from resorts and hotels, we choose to stay in a camping spot and had many doggies hanging around for cuddles every morning and evening, we even shared breakfast together🥰 taken in Puerto Princesa by @lu_assoldelli

48 hours in Manila

Lots of smiles and mixed emotions🥺

People are genuine but there’s also lots of corruption.
The difference between high and low classes are unbearable, one side it’s so clean that you could eat off the ground, few meters behind those buildings the story it’s completely different. taken in Manila, Philippines by @lu_assoldelli

Sisterhood 🤍

The best part of being the older sister are the memories.
A bit foggy but you remember the first time you saw them, their first words, the first time they say your name, their first love, the first time they ask for help or your opinion...

Then you look back and you can't understand how it's possible, but time went by so quickly, they're fully grown up now and they're ready to start their life.

I'm so proud of each one of you, for the person you're becoming and how far you made it on you own.
