“I believe in me” is the last song I wrote for my second album “Creo en mi”, back in 2012 when I was in acting school, raising two children pretty much on my own, working 3-4 jobs, and going through a very difficult time in my life when my fiancé at the time & I broke up…I remember falling asleep in class many times because of lack of sleep and almost giving up for I didn’t have much support.

Today as I face my divorce with little to no support, no lawyer, having to defend myself from the worst accusations I’ve ever had to face, with my heart broken and embracing my tears daily, trying to save my home and everything I’ve worked for my entire life, I remind myself that I have come this far and that “nothing can bring me down, cuz I believe”.

It’s one of the most important songs of my career (written first in Spanish and translated to English and recorded for my third album “Viento” in 2015. Today this song is part of “WINGS”, my One Woman Show. 🦋 (SAVE THE DATE: May 21st if you want to see my show!)

Last week was very important for me since a very painful chapter was finally closed.

To celebrate, I worked on a new music video with my dear friend @hugopallete 🎥 for my latest single “At the same time” from my show “WINGS”, (available on all digital platforms.)

On this scene I am burning a bunch of documents along with any resentment, frustration or anger that I felt with all the injustice I lived these past years, as I toasted to being alive and free. Also in gratitude to the future that will certainly bring me all the love and peace I deserve and have always tried my best to give to others unconditionally.

Here is for healing and for welcoming the new 🥂 sending you all love this weekend and hoping to see you next Thursday at @thezuladen 🦋
