Lee & Carter at @paladin_fitness_racing

If you ever wanted to know how it feels to race with a Sub60 athlete… it sucks. Both went into this race with no game plan but still managed second place 🥈 (could’ve been first but couldn’t hold pace)

Time: 44:20
2nd overall & AG 16-29

Who wants to see Lee & Carter again?!

SUB60 PRO SOLO 🫪🙂‍↕️

I ticked every bloody box these last 3 months of prep and it’s so so sweet that it paid 😌 106 unbroken wall balls to cap it off with my friends and family destroying their vocal cords in the process to make sure I squeeze under the hour 😂

I’m pretty proud of this. Knew it was there, just needed it to click and be patient 😉 @grahamhalliday_

Hyrox BNE - 65

Man. I could write paragraphs talking about how much work went into this block while navigating running a business and trying my best to still be a present husband and father, but I’m happy with how this race went. Keen to get better and do more hard things 🕺

Grateful for my family, community and coach for getting behind me this past weekend. 🤍

To top it off, seeing my community go outside their comfort zone by trusting us to take part in this event was the highlight of this past weekend. That shit lights me uppppp. It reminds me why we started this business and how powerful community truly is. @bft_northlakes 🏠

Blackall100 ⛰️

36 degree belter
102k of slogging
3.5k of climbing
14.5hrs of listening to your feet hit the gravel

Confidently the most challenging thing I’ve had to persist through… In the end, I asked for it, and how insolent of me to think it wouldn’t suck even a little haha

Couple thank yous:
@casey.scherman for telling me to get on with it when I called her at 58k cramping saying that I’m pretty over it 🤡
@jesschaidee & @james_chaidee for being the crew I didn’t ask for but needed more than I ever thought 🐐
@bft_northlakes for keeping me strong and injury free leading into and throughout the race 🫶 flooded with messages throughout my race from my community to keep going, unbeatable.
@silas for being silas 🐽
