“A terra estava a conversar com Agosto”, 2026
100cm x 200cm (39,4 in × 78,7 in)
Oil on canvas
Painted in Porto, Portugal

This is the biggest painting I’ve ever created, and the first one of a series I hope to share with you soon!
I did it thinking about the passage of time and identity, about being young and having fun but also feeling everything so deeply all the time. About friendship and loneliness… I’ve been reading Mia Couto a lot and he leaves me with all that resonating non stop <3 taken in Porto, Portugal by @luarttt

I had so much fun doing this one ❤️
Second day of two sessions in a row with Leonie! On the first one we started another amazing project that will need a second session to finish (stay tuned 👀), then we did this beautiful coffee branch in one sitting. Around 1h30 of designing plus ~6h of tattooing, more or less. We are both super happy with the result!

Send me a message to talk about your idea <3
July and August bookings are open

I love comparing the freehand design with the finished tattoo. The first picture is part healed, part unfinished, parte freshly done. I can’t get tired of this process: spending hours creating directly on skin with pens, and then a few more engraving it forever ❤️ every step of the process human and hand made!

Not every tattoo needs a big investment to happen! I love doing delicate, perfectly done, smaller pieces. A lot of ideas can be truly affordable, specially if more than one is done in the same session. Here is a collection of my recent favorites <3
