Some of my favorite memories from Madrid 2025 🇪🇸 by @luavelarr

1. Time management is a cliché… but it’s TRUE.
You’re a full-time student PLUS 5+ hours of training, lifting, recovery, travel and matches. Get organized early.
2. Stay true to yourself.
College sports will shape you, but don’t let other people’s standards define you. Make choices you can be proud of.
3. Listen to your body.
Soreness is normal. Real pain is different. If something feels wrong, take care of it.
4. Talk to people!!
Introduce yourself, make friends and build your circle. Some of them really do become friends for life.
5. Have goals that are yours.
Be committed to your team, but don’t forget what you want too.
🇧🇷
