I’m truly blessed to be competing at this level and I can’t wait for the challenge states will offer.
I’m still hyped about how I performed this meet with a pr in ALL 5 EVENTS for the pentathlon including a pr for my pentathlon score

1 AND 2 WITH @nick.humowitz + A BLOWOUT SECTION TITLE
This season has been the biggest breakout of my entire career in athletics and it couldn’t have been possible without all of the people who supported me through this.
I would like to thank my coaches for teaching me everything I know and making any of this possible.
I would like to thank @carsongambaro for commentating and providing so much towards the energy of this meet and meets before.
I would like to thank my teammate Levi for always giving me something to work towards and always pushing me to improve and achieve my best.
I would like to thank all of my teammates who supported through all of my competitions and races, especially during my 1500 races where I need them most, their words and support never fail to motivate me before and during my races and were essential to my performance at meets this year. 
I would like to thank my brother, @beanon.d2 for always being one of my biggest supporters in track and field.
And most of all I would like to thank my parents for dealing with all of the early morning drop offs, the late night pickups, the snack packing, and everything else they put toward my athletics.

Using piezoelectric tiles, every step you take generates a small amount of energy. Millions of steps together can power LED lights and displays in busy places like Shibuya Station. A brilliant way to create a sustainable and smart city turning. Yeah but would it be worth the huge investment in turning all their pavements into this? What are their output capacities? Are we 100% sure ‘that’ specific stretch of pavements would generate a net positive electric output based on their daily traffic? And don’t get me started on maintenance cost, the tiles itself experience stress on a daily basis, no matter how durable they claim it to be, it WILL fail at some point which is a non issue with normal paving blocks since they’re so cheap. Atp it’s better to invest in other clean energy sources like solar, wind, water, and MOST IMPORTANTLY nuclear, yeah nuclear is clean when operated properly. by @lucand_27
