2026 C’Nats Meet Recap

Body weight: 82.40kg

Squat: 230kg/507lbs
Bench: 125kg/276lbs (+5kg meet pr)
Deadlift: 255kg/562lbs

Total: 610kg/1345lbs

This event was absolutely nuts, some of the best energy I’ve been around in my life. First I want to thank my friends and family for being there to support me at my first ever collegiate nationals. Thank you @jacksong.kg for being an amazing coach/training partner and helping me through all of my prep and @gjones300 for all of our weekend SBD sessions.

The meet didn’t exactly go as planned but I’m still happy about how everything went. I felt a little depleted on the day but was able to pull through and match my last meet total as well as a 5kg meet pr on bench.

Only thing to do now is come back next time even stronger. I may have just hit the 600kg mark but 700 is in my sights and it will fall soon.
