Busy is success. by @lucas_pmnt
Some projects are bigger than the content you create. During the 2026 World Cup, I had the opportunity to travel across the US with @top_ballergram and @fcbayern / @fcbayernpathway — Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami and New York — looking for young players with the potential to make it to the next level. The idea was simple: instead of asking young players to travel, pay for showcases or find a way to get noticed, we went to them. Random pitches. Local sessions. Unexpected challenges. Different cities, different stories, one goal: find the talent hiding in plain sight. Four players were eventually selected to compete in a final in New York, at the adidas Home of Soccer, just days before the World Cup Final. The winner earned the opportunity to trial at FC Bayern’s academy in Munich, with a potential pathway towards the club’s new academy in San Diego. For this project, I had the chance to lead the video production, and creative direction of the entire tour with @manuel_silva08 and Top Baller 💪 From the concept and visual direction to filming, storytelling and capturing everything in between, I got to document a journey that was ultimately about something much bigger than content. It was about giving young players a chance to be seen. Proud of what we created. Even more grateful for what it gave these players. Full VLOG is out on Top Baller’s YouTube channel 🎥 by @lucas_pmnt
@score90 hit me up and said let’s run a Day in the life series, snm. Let’s start with one of the best up and coming right backs who’s gone from balling in cages in Pimlico to lighting up stadiums across @seriea Only right me and my boy @lucas_pmnt have been killing it across the world with @top_ballergram so it only made sense to partner up with the best director in the game and my frero 🎥 🧙‍♂️🤝 My brother appreciate you again, excited to see you keep shining @nortoncuffy 🙏 Onto the next @score90 🤝❤️ by @lucas_pmnt
It’s when work makes sense that you truly enjoy what you’re doing. Couple of months ago, I traveled across the USA with @top_ballergram and @bundesliga as the Co-Creative & Video Production Director, searching for the best U16 players. We organized 1v1 events all across the country, where football (or soccer, as they call it) is not considered the main sport. But this country is home to thousands of young players who have the same love, passion, and dedication for the game as we do in Europe. From New York to Los Angeles, Miami, and Washington, I had the chance to witness the incredible talent hidden across the country. We offered opportunities that no other brand had ever offered before: the chance to earn a professional trial at @rbleipzig through a street football competition, and the opportunity to be seen by real scouts from @fcbayern and @rbleipzig . Two players, Brycen and @haroonlamdichi , earned a the trial at RB Leipzig simply by signing up for a free event and winning it. That’s actually insane. On top of that, one player from each of the four tournaments earned a spot at the FC Bayern Youth Cup Qualifiers in Portland. From flying across the country, organizing productions, recruiting video crews, and handling all of the post-production, this project challenged me in every possible way. It was an unforgettable experience. Huge thanks again to Top Baller and Bundesliga for trusting me with this incredible project and for changing the lives of young players in a way that’s never been done before. by @lucas_pmnt
