Today I received my blue belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu from @benbennett93 who’s a great coach and a great competitor who recently came 1st at @ufcbjj opens and someone I believe is one of the grapplers in the world. I wanna thank all the coaches at @mataleaobrazilianjiujitsu @haydenbaldw1n @rhughes012 @muhammad_mahwiz @tommullen_ and every training partner I’ve rolled with. I’ve gone through a range of emotions on those mats and had my arse handed to me alot but I want to be best grappler I can be, with that being said it’s time to dig deep and come more often. by @lucasdoyle123
