Congrats to my clients and good friends who closed on this beautiful house for under 1.4 million. One of the BEST things about being a realtor is discovering different parts of Los Angeles.

I recently found myself working quite a bit in Eagle Rock and absolutely fell in love with the place. Tucked away below the 134 freeway it has a funky, family vibe. There's also some great real estate values. If you know where to look.
