God became my lifeline when I lost everything. If you’re in a season of suffering, sickness, fear, or waiting for healing, these are some of the scriptures that carried me through some of my darkest moments.💙

Chronic illness exposed what I actually believed about God.

Not the version of faith that sounds good when life is easy.
The real one.

The one that gets tested when prayers feel unanswered.
When your body hurts.
When you miss memories.
When people don’t understand.
When healing takes longer than you thought.

Somewhere along the way, I started realizing how many lies we normalize:

“If God cared, you’d be healed.”
“Your weakness disqualifies you.”
“You just need more faith.”
“Suffering means you’re failing.”

Scripture talks about long suffering, endurance, weakness, perseverance, hope, and a God who stays close to the brokenhearted.

I’ve learned biblical faith is not pretending pain doesn’t exist.
It’s trusting God through it.

Faith says:
God can.
God does.
God will.

And even in the waiting, He is still worthy.

New YouTube is up now! These moments in my garage have been special with my friends. I met Danny when I was 15 years old. Danny and I used to do worship sets in a small prayer room that, most of the time, had only a few people in it sometimes just the two of us. Those moments I will cherish forever.

Having these moments again with my friends in my garage has brought me back to those times. Worship was never supposed to be about entertainment. It was never supposed to be about becoming an artist. It’s about ministering to the heart of God. by @lucasmccloud

Over the past 3 years of being sick, my garage has been a place where I’ve been able to get away alone with God and simply sing to Him. I’m praying these videos lead you into His presence and into a deep place of worship. 💙

This year, more songs have found me than I ever thought would. While being sick, they have been songs I have never written before, and that has been fun and refreshing. As I like to say, music through Jesus can heal you, find you, restore you, lift you up, and be a light in the dark. My goal for this next year is to release more music. I’m going to try and keep posting little clips for you guys in the meantime. 😜💙
