"Ball so hard"

Its been 6 years sinse we met at the lunch table for the very first time. I still remember sitting at that lunch table watching Star Wars III: Revenge of the sith every day. Now we're off to college, you leave tomorrow and I leave in 6 days. Its hard to go from seeing you everyday during the school year and atleast once or twice a week during the summer to all the sudden going to schools that are 4 hours away from eachother. Im so proud of you and will miss you so much will. taken in Stevenson University by @lucassspam08

"Its not about the 6 minutes, its what you do in those 6 minutes. You can do anything, for 6 minutes." - Coach Davey Blake

Wrestling became a huge part of my development in high-school, it gave me purpose, discipline, life lessons, friends, relationships, and a family.

Coach Blake hugged me as I bawled my eyes out over a really bad series of events last year.

Coach nate let me confide in him whenever things weren't going great in my life, and he always knew when something was wrong, and would ask me what was wrong every single time, without fail, even when no one else noticed.

And coach hyson taught me and the rest of my team so many life lessons that I genuinely believe he could write a book of all his hyson mannerisms and it would be a best seller.

@patsbibletalks has inspired me so much in my walk with God and that all started from this team. @nate2greatbjj was the best guy we had on here and he inspired my perseverance alot. And this sport gave me 2 of my closest friends, @@corystoufferjr and @higen_deguzman27 .

This team; this family, has given me so much and ive honestly struggled to let it go. I wasnt the best wrestler, but boy did i love the game, and the people its given to me.

Thank you so much @fsk_wrestling for all of it. by @lucassspam08
