This was a fun and intensive project. We pushed through a week straight to edit a 6x content series + combination film in a week for the Australian launch of @toyota_aus Hilux GR Sport. Working closely with @louisandco and Director @butters_snap to bring their vision to life in edit and colour grade. #australia #automotive #advertising #hilux #toyota by @lucaswroe

What kind of dipper are you? Just put some Chris’ on it. I recently wore a few hats to bring the fun creative of the @redcrayonagency team to life for @chrisdipsau . For this campaign I took on the roles of Director, DoP, Photographer, Editor, and Colourist. It’s always great to see a campaign through from start to finish 🎥 🥑 🏁

A look back at the 2023 @larocheposayaunz Anthelios campaign I made with @saatchiaus and @prodigious.au . On this campaign I was Director, DoP/Cinematographer, Photographer, Editor and Colorist. All the hats! We shot the Canon C300Mk3 and R5 cameras, being able to use to the same PL @cookeoptics S4 lenses on both platforms for a consistent campaign look. Working with @savagefilmservices we were able to pre-light 6 different lighting styles that didn’t interfere with each other, and switch between these at will through the shoot. The final look was a “warm” but clean Arri style toning to match the global campaign assets. The “UV” look was added in Nuke VFX. #australia #beauty #advertising #commercial by @lucaswroe

Strap-Up For Battle 🚗💨 2022 @willbrown38 gets strapped up and ready for battle in his @boostaus @erebusmsport ZB Commodore #repcosc This image is one of my favorites from the season. There’s a lot to like technically as a DP. Shot with my Canon 1Dx3 DSLR, focus is right on Will’s near eye. The backlight gives him great shape and separation, and a little flair down the lens 👌 by @lucaswroe

I’ve always liked this portrait, for the life in his eyes and the “knowing” smirk Kevin often has. He’s a fast man on two wheels 🏍️ This image was part of the @tacvictoria Spokes Legends Campaign, for Motorcycle Safety 🛣️

The best photojournalists made it an art form all of it’s own. Placing yourself right in the action to make compelling images.
At the heart of every good image and story is the human emotion of the moment. Capturing and communicating the essence of what it means to be there. This is an images from my A-League Finals work for @kojoworld & Melbourne Olympic Park Trust 📷 @melbournecity celebrating with their loyal fans in the afterglow of the match ⚽️🏆
