Screen shot !! If you know some who doesn’t dream or remember their dreams regularly or who struggles with sleep feel free to share with reel with them.. also you do not “always dream” that’s old now pseudoscience it’s possible to sleep for 8 hours and never get into deep enough sleep states to dream at all …… anyway there is alot of pseudoscience that many people believe as they was taught by their parents who might have been taught by theirs about medical facts of their time .. thinking fluoride is non toxic and fine for any level HIGH LEVEL of consumption is equal to that of smoking PACKS OF lucky strike cigarettes….Both were pushed into bypassing government oversight by trillion dollar industries and sold to DRUG DEALERS … to sell legally … yet not equitably in good conscience …. As they are not conscious of the harmful effects they just follow orders …… AND THIS IS WHAT LEADS TO PEOPLE HAVING A PINEAL GLAD THAT IS LITERLLY rocks and scar tissue …. Any way there are soo many amazing fun and enjoyable ways to heal … 🍄amanita is one of my favorite for brain health and vivid dream / lucid dream healing also u can loop urine with this to keep the healing going longer … drink lots of herbal tea during the day and then urine is not so salty or intense … Also 100mg ✨ mush with lion mane and niacin is a great combo ……. Obviously fasting intermittent or longer lets the body heal all automatically, yet if you poison more then you detox with water and toothpaste then the trajectory still pro poor sleep and thus death ☠️ … so ya if you love yourself and the people around u and want them to stay living and healthy please invest in healing your “3rd 👁️‍🗨️” and share this with them so they may be inspired to do the same ..all is mental so mental health is sleep health which is over all health and well being which is the highest form of wealth. As with health comes time , and time lets one afford to make mistakes and learn more about health … the interest compounds and Juvenescence becomes majority to Senescence… any way if u read all this .. I applaud ya .. plz comment “forever young” im curious taken in Night Time by @lucatheplanter

The orange man !! 🍊🧡 yet unlike the orange man , here @churchofgleen we support healing and peace !!!! and take a seriously strong stance against war , and harm towards Mother Earth 🌎.

We would like to give a shoutout to @sethkastenbaum for the inspiration a year ago to provide fresh squeezed orange juice at the beach ! Glad you could squeeze some oranges with us and see in first hand what a great idea you had !

We would like to give another shoutout to @polyculturalfarms @_the_birdhouse_ and @quailcanyonecolab for the collaborative effort in transforming a farm in Ventura country that had been practicing conventional harmful non organic farming for over 65 years !! Into a one of the most inspiring and empowering Organic Regenerative PolyCultural farms we have seen !

We are very grateful for yalls works as they are the foundation that allows us to GLEEn 😁 fruit and provide salvation 🕊️for produce that would other wise rot on the ground like they do at the majority of the neighboring farms. We give thanks that Through collaborations and partnerships we are able to be proving people of all faith beliefs religions and walks of life with Delicious Fresh Orange! and Grapefruit juice! 🌱☀️

Lastly shoutout to @emma8b and @dilemmaproduction.co for providing a wonderful Van 🚐 to travel with over 500 pounds of GLEEned produce 🍊🧡 !!! So we can help “heal the world and make it a better place”! 🎶🤍 taken in Venice Beach Boardwalk by @lucatheplanter

Now subpar is better than nothing at all so even if you have a spot that is super shady, you will most likely still be able to get some passionfruit or some fruit from your tree or vines or bush, etc. If you have an abundance of ideal spots than obviously they would like that more. 😁😂🌱☀️ passionfruit is one of my favorite plants as the leaves and flowers make a delicious calming tea that promotes a parasympathetic nervous system response .. to all those who struggle with anxiety and stress and feel overly stimulated or feel they are overthinking I highly recommend trying out some passionfruit tea!!!

If you’re in the West LA area I’d be happy to provide you with many many leaves and an occasional flower and fruit 🌺🌏 by @lucatheplanter
