A proud moment for Lucent Brushwork Atelier.

Panache, by our lead artist Edosa Ogiugo, is featured at NRG Stadium, Houston—an official host venue of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as part of Street Art for Mankind's One Big Family initiative.

We celebrate this remarkable milestone and the opportunity to see Nigerian artistry welcomed onto one of the world's biggest stages.

Congratulations to our lead artist on this achievement.

One thing we constantly emphasize during painting sessions:
Don’t be afraid to lose the figure.
When you focus too much on outlines, the work becomes stiff.
Instead, observe the larger shapes within the model , they help you build believable form, structure, and depth.

This live demo focused on underpainting and form development.

The dancers, in these works, are not treated as performance alone.
For Edosa Ogiugo, our lead artist, the pull toward movement goes beyond aesthetics. It becomes a way of reflecting on women — their roles, their strength, and the often unseen ways they sustain and build communities.

“Yeah movement draws me, but it’s about the contributions of women to building communities and their special abilities to multi-task, but highlighting their dancing also helps project the quiet but never ending contributions of these beautiful amazons”

What sits underneath this is a larger idea, that creative communication is already embedded within culture. It exists quietly in everyday life, often overlooked, especially in how women contribute structurally and emotionally to society.
What appears as dance is also intelligence, coordination, care, and presence expressed through the body.

There is something timeless about the horse. Its strength, intelligence, grace and movement have fascinated artists for centuries.
Its form carries both power and elegance, making it a compelling subject for artists exploring motion, anatomy and expression. From the rhythm of its stride to the tension within its muscles, the horse offers endless possibilities for interpretation in paint.
At Lucent Brushwork Atelier, our lead artist, Edosa Oguigo, is particularly drawn to these qualities. Through expressive brushwork and bold compositions, his works attempt to capture not only the physical presence of the horse but also the spirit and energy it carries.
For many painters, the horse becomes more than a subject. It becomes a study of movement, character and vitality on canvas.
