I haven't posted in a while but thought I'd give a update..

In the past couple months, I have been dealing with some stressful life adjustments so I decided to take a break from game development. I just ran out of gas but I knew I'd get back into it.

Game development is hard. It's the biggest, never ending learning curve. I've been humbled by the amount of work that is needed to create a video game and have a lot of respect for anyone that is dedicated enough to complete a project like this.

My goal this year is to have at least some type of playable demo out by the end of December 2024. I've decided to downsize the project and adopt different workflows to be more efficient with my time. I still got alot of things accomplished last year (character and vehicle controllers, save/load system, LOD setups, etc.) but there is still much more to do. I can't promise to complete this project, but I'm gonna try my best to. 🫡

Suspension is ready to go 🏁

I've been working a lot on vehicle handling the past couple days. Learned alot about suspension and vehicle weight transfer. Going to spend the next couple of days tweaking values until it feels correct and then this Toyota Chaser is going to be ready to rip 🥴. Stay tuned!
