I share the reality of my life because I know I’m not the only one living it. My home isn’t always spotless, the laundry is never completely done, and after I clock out from work, there’s still a house to care for and a family who needs me.

Social media can make it seem like everyone has it all together, but behind most screens is someone doing their best. If sharing my everyday life helps one mom feel a little less alone or reminds someone that they’re doing enough, then it’s worth it.

There may not be anything glamorous about folding clothes or tidying the living room, but these ordinary moments are part of the life I’ve built and I’m learning to appreciate them instead of trying to hide them. by @lucillediaries_

Some days the ideas flow effortlessly, and you feel inspired to create. Other days, you’re simply living in the moment more present with your family than your phone, and that’s okay too.

I’m not here to pretend life is always put together. Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also exhausting. Work can be stressful, the laundry never ends, and taking care of yourself often falls to the bottom of the list.

If you’re in a season where you’re just trying to make it through the day, you’re not alone.

Keep going. Give yourself grace. Soak up the little moments, even the ordinary ones, because they’re the chapters you’ll one day look back on with the most love.

Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. At the end of it all, love is what matters most. by @lucillediaries_
