"The Art of Decisiveness." Pls read 👇

The most intelligent people in hospitality excel in the art of decisiveness. They assess situations quickly, make decisions with incomplete information, and take immediate action. They intuitively understand what most never grasp: the cost of delay. Time is priceless, just choose.

Delay far exceeds the cost of occasional mistakes.

A default to hesitation and caution causes a hospitality opportunity to evaporated.

At @officialmaitred, candidates are taught that the downside of delayed action far exceeds the downside of imperfect action.

Decisiveness isn't about being right, it's about making a calculated choice. Maitre D's, often only have 3–10 seconds to assess a situation, trust the training and just choose.

**SONRISE SUNDAY **
TRIBUTE TO THE WESTBY FAMILY ✝️ pls read 👇

Some farewells aren’t goodbyes. They’re God preparing us for a greater assignment.

Last Sunday, three churches came together for a sensational celebration of the Westby family: years of ministry, fellowship, worship, obedience, and praise, all under one roof. What a beautiful testament to a life of servitude.

Pastor Chris “Jeffe,” Mrs. Pastor, and the entire pastoral team: from my very first day at Sonrise, you welcomed me with open arms. I cannot fully articulate my gratitude.

Pastor Jeffe, thank you for being a true shepherd. You gave me the space to be vulnerable, to let go, to grow, and to become a better version of myself. You even helped me learn to tame my fury and pursue peace. That kind of leadership leaves a lasting imprint on a man’s heart.

Westby family, you will be dearly missed, deeply appreciated, and forever part of our Sonrise family. Thank you for every prayer, every lesson, every act of service, and every moment you poured into us.

As this season changes, I’m not looking at this as losing you. I’m looking at it as God opening a new door of servitude, with all of us remaining yoked to Jesus Christ.

The season changes, but the calling remains.

As Scripture reminds us in Hebrews 6:10 (NIV), God does not forget our work and love shown in serving His people.

May God go before you, strengthen you, and bless this next chapter abundantly. May He guide your steps, expand your influence, and continue to use your lives to impact others for His glory.
