Today I raced falcon Daman series race 1/6 it was pretty good race I got 2nd overall and lost by 3 seconds me and the first place broke away at around last 1km so pretty happy with that need to work on my sprint finish as that is were I lost him overall great race though thank you @therealcoachraf and @slainte_endurance for helping me get better cya in the next one by @lucj_tri

Today I give a big thank you to @therealcoachraf @slainte_endurance for organizing such a wonderful event had amazing fun and did pretty well got 1st in my heat and 6th overall missed the final by 15 seconds but I’m really happy with it cya in the next one by @lucj_tri

My first half marathon my half marathon split was 1:43:45 4:55 pace and I’m only 11 years old so there’s a lot more to come congrests to everyone in 4th lane tri aswell we all did a half in under 1:50:00 so great job cya in the next one @therealcoachraf @rokamultisport @roka_middleeast @roka @redbull by @lucj_tri

Reem mall run 2 time 17:24 they extended the course still not five km though around 4.5-4.7km did pretty well 3:49 average pace one of my fastest races. Happy birthday to the one and only @therealcoachraf hope you have a blast and a great day congrats to @leica_lumankun @blakeharrington_tri @bradley_james_reichelt @k.zaghloulll @kowapatrick5 @tomastorresuae and @dexterbutton_1084 for taking podium 😁 by @lucj_tri

ITS THE END OF SEASON IN MY FIRST YEAR OF TRIATHLON thank you so much to @therealcoachraf for pushing me in every session to my absolute limits I can’t believe how much I’ve improved this year and I’ve only been in his club for less than 3 months and already seen massive improvements my swimming running and cycling have all improved over this year and I’m exited to see what will be in the next chapter of my career by @lucj_tri
