🚨 NEWS AT NOON 🚨 A classic Defender with a 400 hp V8 and a 280 thousand dollar price tag? πŸ‘€ According to Man of Many, Land Rover's Works Bespoke Classic Defender V8 program is now taking orders in Australia. πŸš™ Naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 making 400 hp and 515 Nm of torque πŸ’ͺ 8 speed ZF automatic with all wheel drive πŸ† 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds for the 90, top speed of 170 km/h πŸ™Œ Donor Defenders from 2012 to 2016 are rebuilt at Land Rover's Coventry facility Pricing starts around 209,000 pounds, roughly 280,000 US dollars, before local delivery, luxury car tax and import duties. Man of Many says a finished Rover could land north of half a million Australian dollars. Reality check: this is a restored classic Defender, not a new one. A Sunset Gold Soft Top has already shipped to Australia and is available right now. Is this the ultimate V8 Defender, or is that money better spent on a clean original and a wrench set? πŸ‘‡ #Lucky8OffRoad #LandRover #RoverNation #4x4 #OffRoad by @lucky8offroad

The seller says the axles were replaced before their ownership and the electrical issue was checked and cleared with no repeat since. The seller also says the Carfax damage was a hit against the side of a garage and the entire door was replaced. One commenter who dailies a Td6 L405 spoke highly of the platform. πŸ’¬ Td6 owners, how has your L405 diesel held up? Would the screen issue keep you from bidding? #Lucky8OffRoad #LandRover #RangeRover #RoverNation #L405 by @lucky8offroad
Delivered one Disco. Bringing home another. πŸ˜‚ The I95 five speed Disco made it to Iowa and is officially in the hands of its new owner. And since Justin was already in Iowa... in total Joe fashion, he had to take this white Disco home with him. So now the real question. What are we doing with it? πŸ‘‡ Rovers Don't Quit #Lucky8OffRoad #LandRover #Discovery2 #RoverNation #WrenchLife by @lucky8offroad

You turn the corner expecting a classic Defender. πŸ‘» Boxy. Round headlights. Snorkel. Ladder on the back. Then it hits you. It's a Grenadier. Happy Halloween from Lucky8. Talking to that guy who is in way too deep on his Rover project. πŸ‘» You asked one simple question. Forty minutes later he's explaining part number supersessions and O.E. manufacturers, and you're just nodding like Egon. Happy Halloween from the Keymaster. Be honest. Are you the Keymaster or the guy stuck listening? Rovers Don't Quit #Lucky8OffRoad #LandRover #RoverNation #Halloween #Ghostbusters by @lucky8offroad
Eagle eyed viewers, you're gonna remember this one. πŸ‘€ Isn't this the axle that melted? And didn't it get replaced? The answer is yes. But Justin pulled the wheel in the parking lot and found the work wasn't tight. Not tight at all. Shame on you, trucking center in the middle of nowhere. Shame, shame, shame. Do you double check work done on the road, or trust it and roll? Rovers Don't Quit #Lucky8OffRoad #LandRover #RoverNation #Discovery #TrailerLife by @lucky8offroad
🚨 NEWS AT NOON 🚨 Kendall Jenner could drive almost anything. The Rover she's showing off is 28 years old. πŸ‘€ Per MotorBiscuit, it's a 1998 Range Rover P38 50th Anniversary Edition in Woodcote Green, with photos shared by HypeWhip from Kendall's own Instagram. 🌲 Woodcote Green metallic over tan leather πŸ† Edition exclusive walnut trim and an individually numbered plaque πŸš™ Color matched mirrors, lower spoiler and 18 inch wheels πŸ’ͺ 4.0 Rover V8, four speed auto and full time 4WD, per HypeWhip How rare is it? Nobody agrees. HypeWhip says 275 came to North America, while one forum owner claims only 50 reached the US and Canada in Woodcote Green. Reality check: MotorBiscuit points out the P38 is better known for air suspension and electrical problems than collectibility. Special badge, same P38 underneath. Sort the air suspension and the electrics and this is a Rover worth saving. πŸ™Œ Rover friends, would you take a clean 50th Anniversary P38 over a brand new Range Rover? πŸ‘‡ #Lucky8OffRoad #LandRover #RangeRover #P38 #RoverNation by @lucky8offroad
