I almost didn’t post this.

4 months ago, I was 82kg and couldn’t even run 1km straight.

I hated being in front of a camera. I didn’t want to see myself, let alone show myself.

But I decided I didn’t want to hide anymore.

I started hitting the gym, running, and playing basketball. And only a month ago, I started tracking my calories and maintaining a calorie deficit.

Now I’m 73.6kg and can consistently run 5K. 🏃🏻‍♂️

But I’m not done.

🎯 65KG NEXT.

82 → 73.6 → 65

No perfection. Just 1% better every day.

What’s ONE thing you’re working on right now? 👇

Tell me below. Let’s do this together. 🤝

Follow the journey.

Men will spend hours training their bodies but forget they have a face too. 💀😂

Chest day? ✅
Leg day? ✅
Skincare? Bro, I forgot about that too! 🤣

Good thing @ladskn.official sent me some help! 🖤

Taking care of yourself doesn’t stop at the gym. 💪🏼

And yes, there’s more coming! 👀 Stay tuned for the full skincare routine.

Stay blessed. Be relentless. Lucky out! 😉
