Around age 16 I made a promise to myself I’d simply try and experience as much as possible before I turn 30. Just hit 29 & I’m extremely proud I can say *with confidence* I’ve stayed true to the original plan. Let’s fucking go. I am a real ass nigga capable of making shit happen. Anything I say ima do unequivocally gets done. I genuinely love my life precisely bc I stay chasing my dreams. No greater feeling than knowing your younger self would be gassed if they could see the future. One more time, let’s fucking goooooooooo. If I were to list all of my accomplishments it would probs read like Obama’s autobiography so ima spare u the lecture just know I’ve done bare tings n dat, especially in recent years. Weighted pull up PB muddafukka. Prior to this I’d hit 40kg for 3 reps so thought I’d test my 1RM (after banging 100 bodyweight the day before)… got a comfy 50kg & a questionable 55kg… would you count it?

Pull up training going well. Last time I hit this weight it was a one rep max.

Changing how I use instagram bc I’m bored of instagram using me. Expect more PR’s & documentation of strength, in hopes it reaches the intended audience of likeminded mfs.

Embarrassment isn’t real and you can just do things. Don’t take it all so serious. Putting yourself out there can be uncomfortable, but the worst thing that can happen is never actually that bad. Just trust me on this & go have a laugh init.

Lowkey inspired by @soph.jones__ (my fav acc rn by a mile)
