Part 3 of the NSW Roadtrip Diaries- how I spent a day in Yamba🌊🌞🏄‍♀️

Ticking off another coastal town from the list, I’d heard good things about Yamba and it really did live up to my expectations. Quant, small town vibes with gorgeous beaches- I could’ve spent longer here.

Must visit:
- Whiting beach (no waves, good for chilling)
- Turners beach (lots of surfers here)
- Muse ☕️

I also spotted an old fashioned cinema which looked really cute 📽️🍿

Day 2 of the NSW Roadtrip Diaries- how I spent a gorgeous day in Nambucca Heads 🌞🌊

Really loved this town, it had the nicest vibe and everyone was so friendly! Not to mention the beautiful beaches and incredible views over the sandbars.

Must visit:
- Shelly Beach
- Valla Beach
- V wall
- Rotary Lookout

I didn’t get any food here, but I did have a lovely cold brew from Nambucca Surf Co ☕️

Finished the day at Red Cliff/Lake Arragan Campground in the Yuraygir National Park. This was about 2 hours north, close to Yamba- would highly recommend staying here if you’re heading in that direction (post on my feed for more info).

Stunning beachside camping, sharing with kangaroos, basic amenities and plenty of spacious sites ⛺️

Perfect for NSW road trip, stopped in between Nambucca Heads and Yamba and loved my stay 🌊 Book on NSW Parks website.

Here’s what I got up to in Newcastle 🌞

First stop on my roadtrip from Sydney, only 2 hours away which makes for a perfect day/weekend trip!

Must visits:
- Hickson St lookout for sunset
- Mereweather or Newcastle beach ocean baths
- breakfast at Eddies
- dinner at Light Years (didn’t make it here but been to their other QLD venues and can confirm the food is insane)
- have also heard great things about Lola’s!
