okay this is my last dump, i told you it would take 3. the last few months of my life have been so intense and transformative. journaling again, connecting back with the people around me, having the most fun times a girl could dream of. i feel like a completely different person. or maybe i finally started remembering who i really am. i’m proud of myself, feeling everything and navigating genuinely. my step mom has always told me that as long as my actions, thoughts and words bring me peace on my pillow every night then im on the right path. i have never felt so much peace. thank you to everyone pictured and not, every day is such an adventure im so so grateful to be here. by @lucy_condra

i always miss minnesota in the winter time. i feel like the snow and cold quiets down everything else in a way that forces you to dig deeper and remember who you are at the core. it forces you inward and i am always so giddy to look back and see what i decided to zero in on. i clung to costumes and cooking and community. i stayed at home more; puzzles and girls night in. arts and crafts and books and writing. i learn so much in the winter, planting seeds for things to grow strong when it’s time again. it would never be as fun without my people, laughing through whatever bad mood or dumb thought we got going on. and while every year its a fight to get through, i always miss winter when its gone. by @lucy_condra

it’s been a year since i posted and it might take 3 posts to fully catch you up but im ready now. last summer was so full!!! trips to see my family, my sister and my haven came to visit, i got to see my pops and spend holidays together with my baby cousins. i got to throw parties and celebrate birthdays and play in every body of water there is. i got a library card and wore outfits that some of yall couldn’t dream of. summer is made for girls and i love spending every year with mine. by @lucy_condra

i love reflecting in an instagram post, looking back over the last month or two. picking photos that fit how i feel and cementing them in history onto my silly little digital footprint. sitting down for a minute (or hours) to look through all the photos i fly through taking on a day to day basis grounds me on my most anxious days. like meditating; journaling in the caption, picking the song, deleting and reorganizing, watching how they all flow together until it moves me in a way that feels just right. it’s so ridiculously satisfying. i am eternally grateful for my life and everyone in it. how beautiful we all are; this earth, these people, my kitty girls. the things im learning and who im growing into. i’m exactly where im supposed to be and i really love it here. taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @lucy_condra
