We will be using the power of intention to supercharge your creations.

There are some friendships that touch your heart beyond words (but I’ll try!)

My gorgeous beautiful sis. @claire_cripps 🥰

God knows with you we’ve created the best memories and you’ve been by my side and had my back throughout the biggest challenges and heartbreaks over the years.

You are the most beautiful soul and I am beyond grateful to call you my friend.

Your loyalty, your light, your love has been the biggest gift and just knowing you love me for me despite the distance. I know you’re always there 💝

I love you to the moon, to the stars and out into beyond throughout time and space.

It’s honestly been the longest month of my life since you left us.

All I’ve been saying, for comfort when any of us were struggling was,

“It hasn’t even been a month”

And now we’re here.

1 month since you passed.

On one side I’m so proud of all of us.

Your loved ones, far and wide have done so well.

We achieved so much to ensure you could truly rest in peace.

And I know you were with us at every step,

Giving us that loving kick to continue,
to get shit done and to support and love each other.

You taught me so much and even now,
I feel your spirit showing me the truth,

Guiding and protecting me
Replacing that ‘safe space’ of comfort
that you were for me and so many others.

Having a big heart in this world is not always easy.
It comes with pain and disappointment

I learnt from you and I am forever reminded
To never close or give up

Even though at times I honestly lost my will.
And each time, I heard you,

Just like you always did;
Reminding me of my strength,

Pushing me out of my comfort zone to get shit sorted. And this time, it was easier to do
For you, for your loved ones.

I miss you my big sis.
My teacher, my guide, my comforter.

It’s not easy but I promise to always connect with you
To know your spirit is always here.

And that you are still guiding us from a higher place
With that huge heart that is now even more powerful

Thank you to everyone for your kind words and love. We hope to see you this Saturday where we can celebrate the life of Jean fully.

We’ll be remembering her through her favourite songs like this karaoke special of hers and supporting the vendors at Caramel Corner who were such a huge part of her life and heart.

Over the past few years, I’ve found it hard to contribute to social media with all of the evil and destruction we have witnessed. Everything has seemed pointless but being a caregiver for a few weeks helped me remember we can choose to create joy in any moment. There was a time when accessing intuition felt effortless.

I was clear, grounded, creative, confident and decisive.

But I was starting to lose that connection last year and I had to go on a journey to understand why.

This post is part of why I’m beginning to speak about ethical intuition.

Intuition is incredibly powerful but power without structure always carries a risk.

If you’re a coach, facilitator, or practitioner who feels the weight of responsibility that comes with this work, you’re not alone.

This is the start of a conversation about ethical intuition and what responsibility looks like.

I believe we are at a time in humanity when we need our creativity and sovereignty the most.

This is not about me calling anyone out but it is about choosing a better standard so we can support more people. 🙏 by @lucy_imaginal
