Chicago Marathon 2024!!!! Oh my god that was tough!!

Loudest crowd, biggest crowd and it was AMAZING!! That atmosphere was electric I had such a good time, pace so strong I finished it in 3 hours 42 - my new PB shaving off 9 mins off Manchester !!!

Hit the wall at mile 17, everything hurt from then so it was all about mental strength and for that I am proud I kept going!!

What an amazing experience this is such a core memory for me, I hope I made my grandad proud I definitely felt I had him on my side today 🫶🏻

I am absolutely lost for words, I can’t believe I got a sub 4 hour!! 3.51 what???? Asif I just did that I can’t believe it!!

I felt like I went so strong up until the last 5 miles which felt like they went on forever but, I’m so happy to have done that!

I’ve cut 25 mins off my marathon time what the hell!?
