So proud of my daughter lucy @lucyclarkinspired completing her 4th London Marathon ❤it was so hot but she completed it with a big smile, raising 6,774 for the British Heart Foundation how incredible❤thanks to all that came to support Lu, it meant so much x love you Lu x❤🏃‍♀️

@inflatable.5k what an amazing event 💚🙏

32 of the squad took on St Albans Inflatable course this am and WOW what a time we had!

A lot of effort went into today's event, the squad have been committing to running 1/2 a week ontop of their normal schedules/life!

The dedication & commitment has been amazing 💚

What a way to start a Saturday morning 🙌🏽💪🏽 with the awesome @lucyclarkinspired and her squad 💓

My first proper circuits class since my operation last October. I actually can’t believe it’s been nearly a year… but that’s another story! 🥹

Lucy kept checking in on me and giving me different options, which I really appreciated.

Even though it’s been nearly a year, I’m still cautious, not because I’m scared, but because I’ve really learnt to listen to my body. I know what it can do and when I need to pull back.

And even as a PT myself, sometimes it’s SO nice to switch off, not have to think and just be told what to do for once 😂🙌🏽

Thank you beaut 💓 absolutely loved it and I’ll definitely be back! 😘 xx

Today we moved and we moved WELL 👀🤩😁

120kg for 6 felt very good 😎

130kg was moving nicely 😎

Took 135kg for a spin and got 6, felt like I had more in the tank 👀👀👀

140kg MOVED nicely 🤩🤩🤩

After finishing heavy legs 😏 it was Sled work 🤓

@forgefunctionalfitness 😎👏 it moved rather smoothly even on that carpet 🫠

Aim for today was to run on fatigued legs 😁

🎉 2 YEARS OF LC INSPIRED FITNESS! 🎉

2 years ago today I finally took the leap out of my corporate world and fully committed to LC INSPIRED FITNESS world 💚😊

I’m so proud of our community we’ve created. it’s become so much more than fitness. It’s our safe space where everyone matters, everyone is supported and everyone belongs.
