This initially because of the #blue.
But also the rushing sensation inwards / downwards ?
Velo-city / electri-city
If you turn your screen on its side clockwise , the reflection of the lights reminds me of water, sun twinkling on an ocean or a riverbed . Flows of water similar to the currents of people getting the tube, all moving in one direction.

I also just love all the shapes, grates, checkered square tiles, rectangles on rectangles, boxes and tunnels. Then the graffiti offers respite to the geometry, swirls and loops of coloured letters cutting through the rigidity of grids. It makes the space feel less controlled, at the same time completing the composition.

Spaces of flows:
The tube -
Escalators
Public entrances and exits

Vietnam; city of pavement geometricks
interlocking overlapping,
Squares squared
Whose on bottom ?
Who’s on top ?
These mini electromagnetic fields carved into stone
Later found out that this pattern also holds function,
allowing water to easily pass through
Interesting to think about infrastructure becoming pattern
Neccesity becoming decoration

Makes me wonder why England does haven’t more sophisticated concrete

Diggin through archives
See what I see
Like the straight rectangular of the lampost next to the circle of the moon and then all the angular slants of buildings with the big looping rounds of the graffiti
Circles and lines circles and lines
