Today I’m celebrating 5 years since I moved to the US.

Time flies when you’re having fun and my funny accent is only getting weirder.

So many things to be grateful for, lots of learnings, too many people to name that help to make it feel like home 🫶

I’ve been riding bikes for over 13 years and it just keeps getting better.

Sure, there have been moments where I’ve fallen out of love with it, motivation ebbs and flows, life gets a little crazy and it’s not a priority or maybe I’ve struggled to find a balance between work and play, but I have never ever regretted a bike ride and I always feel better for riding a bike.

Feeling grateful. Thank you cycling.

Fourth @seaotterclassic done & dusted! 🌊🦦

This was my first time that I actually saw a sea otter in real life, crazy huh!?

Lots of great conversations about the new @blackheartbikeco Road Plus and so good to catch up with friends in the sunshine at the bike version of Coachella. Already hyped for next year! 🖤
