✨ATHLETE ESSENTIALS ⬇️

These are currently my top 5 essentials for traveling as an athlete ✈️🌎

1) PROTEIN BARS: Easy and filling. Also prevents me from wasting my money on over priced airport snacks.

2) THERAGUN: First off, it’s mini, so that’s automatically cute. But forreal this little thing is really strong and literally saves me.

3) HEADPHONES: I have literally had these things since high school. They are so comfy and make my flights and bus trips less draining by canceling out all the noise.

4) ELECTROLYTES: Flights are especially dehydrating so I throw a little Celtic Sea Salt in my water to help. I also like the Nuun immunity to boost my immune system when traveling.

5) HYDROFLASK: I love this water bottle because it has a soft bendy straw and holds almost a liter of water. It also keeps my water super cold.
