Nothing but pure joy here. by @lucystewart7

4th June 2025, Global Running Day. 🌍🏃🏻‍♀️

From breathtaking trails with snowy mountain views, to quiet, evening runways(!) where only the sound of laughter and shoes hitting the pavement kept us company.

From golden sunsets and out of the salty waters. Places that took the breath away - not just because of the scenery, but the people who were there too.

Not what I would consider ‘work’

September. This autumn equinox has made my soul happy 🧡🍁🍂:

1. incredible food from @hunterandgatheruk
2. swimming in the city
3. swimming in the ocean at sunrise
4. Harvesting plants for winter freshness
5. And to top is off, seeing in sunrise after a chance meeting with @jamesokeefenrg and @bearwolf_coaching and 70 strangers

Unforgettable. For many reasons.

The heat.
The unexpected additional +10k.
The terrain.
The footwear.
