5 years today— 5 years since I decided to jump. 5 years since I cried to @socialmediasof , convinced no one would take my class—and I’d be lucky to have two students. 5 years since I cried to my cousin @tylerelisededel , terrified to post my very first social media assets to promote my POP Pilates classes. 5 years since I spent my days so worried about what people would think of me. This account used to be @luigifitsta, and five years ago I ran #POPwithPosadas as a business online. I was my own team—I made my own assets, built my own business plan, invested in certifications, and put myself out there from scratch, with no studios beside me, in the middle of a global pandemic. Looking back… what a journey it’s been. Because of your love and support, I taught Zoom classes on my own for two straight years. I worked tirelessly to build my brand and my classes. I lived with so much fear, anxiety, and impostor syndrome: “What if no one takes my classes?” “What if no one likes me?” “What if I don’t last in this industry?” But then I started asking: What if I DO make it? Five years later—writing this with tears in my eyes—I’m grateful I didn’t quit. I’m grateful that on the days I doubted myself most, I shouted, “I CAN DO THIS,” set my fears aside, and kept moving forward. I’ve met the most incredible people along the way, and it still blows my mind that I get to call my one true passion my career—helping others move, feel strong, and become their best selves. That’s been the goal since day one. ❤️ If you’ve been here for five years—or five days—thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️ It’s been a wild ride, and we’re just getting started. by @luigiposadas

Davao, you make it so easy to come back. 🥹❤️‍🔥 Getting to teach at The View with @happyhourstudio_ph was one of those moments that reminded me why I love doing this so much — a room full of people willing to show up, move hard, laugh, sweat, and give everything to the music. 🔥 Sharing my signature Sculpt with the Davao community will always feel extra special. GRATEFUL doesn’t even begin to describe it. 🥹💗 CDO, I’m still not over all the love!!! It feels surreal that movement continues to take me around my beautiful home country- The Philippines 🇵🇭, allowing me to meet such incredible people and communities along the way. It’s always been my passion to share the joy of movement — to make it fun, empowering, and sustainable, and to remind people that there’s SO much to celebrate in simply being able to move, grow, and get stronger together. ❤️‍🔥 Getting to share my signature sculpt method, something that brings me so much joy, and seeing others find that same happiness in it will forever be one of the greatest privileges of what I do. ☺️ Thank you, CDO, for welcoming me with open arms, for taking a chance on me, and most importantly, for MOVING WITH ME.
