Todo comienzo merece ser celebrado. LA BIENVENIDA! Hay formas de decir “bienvenido” que se sirven a la mesa.Por eso llamé a este plato LA BIENVENIDA.

Cuando alguien me abre las puertas de su hogar o confía en mí para crear una experiencia privada, nunca lo veo simplemente como “otra cena”.

Me están invitando a formar parte de un momento de su historia. Y eso merece respeto, atención y cariño.

Lomo de res cubierto con Dijon y hierbas frescas, asado delicadamente y terminado con una reducción de vino tinto. Un puré de papas con ajo preparado con caldo en lugar de crema aporta ligereza, acompañado de espárragos asados.

La técnica importa.

Pero lo que quiero que recuerdes va mucho más allá del plato.

LA BIENVENIDA es mi manera de decirte: es un honor estar en tu mesa.

Ya sea una cena íntima en casa, una celebración especial o una experiencia gastronómica privada o corporativa, mi intención siempre es la misma:

Crear algo hermoso.
Dar significado al momento.
Y hacer que cada persona se sienta verdaderamente bienvenida.

Un clásico americano con alma mediterránea. 🍋
Esta Key Lime Pie es fresca, cremosa y con el punto justo de acidez, sobre una base crujiente. El postre perfecto para cerrar una cena especial en casa.
Ahh!! tan facil y practico que no necesitas hornearlo!
Ingredientes:

1 base de pecana (es la mas practica, aunque yo hago la mia artesanal)

1 base de pecana (es la mas practica, aunque yo hago la mia artesanal)
1/2 lata de leche condensada
80 grs de azucar
1 barra de queso crema
zumo de 3 lima recién exprimido
Ralladura de 2 limas
50 ml de Nata montada.

Preparación:
1. suaviza el queso crema
2. Agrega la crema o nata para montar hasta integrase todo homogeneo
3. Luego el azucar y sigue mezclando
4. Ahora la leche condensada y el zumo del limon,
5. Una vez todo junto Vierte sobre la base
6. Refrigera al menos 4 horas.
7. Decora con nata montada o como yo hice con Merengue y un poco más de ralladura antes de servir.
