Trust me, a reformer push-up is not as easy as it looks 👀
A little self-challenge, to my reformer crew don’t worry it’s not entering the class plan, yet…..
😇💚

Find me this week at @frequencypilates :
✨ Thursday 7:30am
✨ Friday 7:30am

As my love for photography grows, places like this make it hard to choose which angles to capture first.

Almost all the wood you see here was reclaimed from old tuna fishing boats and handcrafted on-site at @tampahhills , Lombok.

The story behind it is special, but being there and feeling the energy of the place is something else entirely.

Thank you, @seaside.collective. Still daydreaming about you everyday 🌞🌴

A throwback to the most special weekend in Comporta with @frequencypilates & @jncquoi.clubcomporta 🤍

One of the biggest changes in my routine lately has been stepping onto the other side of the reformer and starting to teach. It’s become such a big part of my weeks, and genuinely one of the things I’ve been loving the most.

I’ve been getting many questions about when and where I’m teaching, so I’ll start sharing my schedule here a little more often.

Wrap this September with me at @frequencypilates :
Every Thursday — 7:30 AM
This Sunday 27th — 10 & 11 AM, 12pm & 5 PM

Keep an eye on my stories for class timings + bookings for October!

See you there 💚🪄 by @luisa.darlington
