A love letter to last weekend 💌 Let’s first take a moment to honour the beautiful & amazing @shazmassey Watching her step into these workshops and share her artistry, talent, heart and wisdom with our women and girls was something so beautiful to witness. The way she teaches makeup is so much deeper than makeup
it’s gentle, empowering, intentional and full of warmth. She brought such ease, calmness, fun and beauty into every single workshop and it felt like such a gift to learn from someone like her and have her alongside me for this experience. This weekend was all yours Shaz ♄ And I am just so proud of you. Thank you for sharing your gift with all of us. The girls and women absolutely adored you! And a huge thank you to our beautiful sponsors for helping us make these workshops feel so special and abundant for every woman and girl who attended đŸŒč Thank you to: @eyeofhoruscosmetics @wildnatureaustralia @inbluem_au @wanderlustausnz @bloesalons Your generosity, products and support added so much magic to the weekend. by @luisaallan

Choose to make the commitment to see your obstacles, your pain and your hard times as opportunities and TRUST that the discomfort you feel is your life leveling up. ~ In every challenge, there lies the potential for growth, the chance to become a stronger, more resilient version of yourself. It’s not easy to shift your perspective, to embrace the discomfort, and to trust in the process. But remember, it is often through the most trying times that we find our true strength. The discomfort you feel is not a sign of failure; it’s a sign of transformation. It’s your life leveling up, pushing you beyond your comfort zone to become the person you’re meant to be. When you start to view obstacles as stepping stones rather than roadblocks, you begin to see the beauty in the struggle and the gifts in the pain. So, get ready. Embrace the journey with all its ups and downs. TRUST that every challenge is guiding you toward your truest potential. You are not just surviving—you are evolving, growing, and stepping into the next level of your life. #counseling #growthmindset by @luisaallan
Enjoy being in the process of becoming.đŸŒ± I recently read this quote, and it resonated deeply with me. Life is an ongoing journey, filled with day-to-day, minute-to-minute moments of doing the work. Often, in our quest for self improvement, healing, and progress, we become so focused on the outcome that we forget to appreciate the present. Remember to stop, breathe, and embrace where you are right now. The journey itself is filled with gifts and lessons. Be present in the process of becoming. Every step you take is progress. #healingjourney #bepresent #teensupport #counseling #teencounseling by @luisaallan
