Off season : Phase 1 ✅

Left side: I was at my heaviest—250 lbs—battling anxiety, trying to come back from a meniscus tear while still under contract. Mentally and physically, I was in a tough place not knowing if I was going to be able to be me again. But I locked in with my brother @rilling06 we made a plan for the offseason and committed to it.

The road hasn’t been easy—setbacks, new injuries, and slipping back into old habits. But I kept showing up. I stayed the course.

Right side: 225 lbs and feeling better than I have in the past few years. My knee is nearly back to full strength. More importantly, I’m finally proud of the person I see in the mirror

This isn’t just about weight or recovery—it’s about growth, resilience, and refusing to give up on yourself. The Job is not finished there is more work to be done only up from here. taken in St. Croix, USVI by @luisbaez_13
