Proud of all my athletes 🚀🔥🏃🏽‍♀️

This is just a brief of their experience and what they have achieved, and honestly, what makes me proudest is not the finish lines by itself. It is the consistency, the discipline over motivation, and enjoying the process at all times to be 1% better everyday 🙌🏻

From first 5Ks to PRs, podiums, 70.3 and Full Ironman finish lines, every goal counts when it is yours.

Enjoying the progress can be part and still working hard seeing progress.

🚴‍♀️ Zone 2: The foundation of endurance.

Zone 2 helps improve aerobic capacity, and your ability to use fat as fuel.

😎 The goal? Build a stronger aerobic engine so you can sustain effort longer and perform better when intensity increases.

➡️ How is an easy way to measure you are in that effort? - Signing and talking while doing the workout and still be able to maintain that speed/pace is and easy Perfeption Effort to check on yourself.

Not every session needs to be hard to make you faster 💪🏼 so next session get out sign, enjoy and do it !!!
