And another one bites the dust! 🏃‍♀️‍➡️❤️🇱🇹@vilniushalfmarathon

Every half marathon has its unique challenges. This was the first time I had to run such a long distance in the evening, starting at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Running later in the day presents a different experience, and covering 21 km instead of 13.1 miles can really mess with your mindset. Although the distance is the same, the mental approach to the countdown becomes much more difficult.

Thanks to my support team @loretabrady @sayde18 for coming to cheer me on and celebrating my amateur running journey as if it were a major event. I am truly grateful to have you in my life! To everyone who sent their good wishes beforehand, I sincerely appreciate it. Your support made this experience even more meaningful.❤️🤗

Although I hit a wall at mile 11, I finished strong and set a new personal record, reducing my time by 2 minutes compared to four weeks ago. That feeling is just incredible!! (The last two photos depict typical carb-loading meals in Lithuania. Lots of potatoes😂😂)

And to my coach @heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeemz thank you for all those intense workouts that pushed me beyond my current limits🙌💪 OFF TO THE NEXT ONE!!!

Running isn’t about the miles. It’s about discovering how far you’re willing to push yourself 🏃‍♀️‍➡️⚡

What’s your favorite reason to run?

Strength in every movement. Grace in every step. ✨

To me, fitness is more than a workout or a certain physique. It’s about building the confidence, energy, and freedom to experience everything life has to offer.

Move with purpose. Challenge your limits. Live boldly. 🌊

Life looks better from a different angle 🙃✌️ by @luka_long_legs

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be in NYC, training with some of the best and taking part in programs like this. Thank you, @youran_lee , for creating such a meaningful program and supportive community—one that encourages us to grow, evolve, and push beyond our limits, not only as dancers, but as individuals.

So grateful for this experience, the connections, and the growth along the way. ✨

Tucked between Bryce Canyon and Salt Lake City, Mystic Hot Springs is a quirky, bohemian retreat where naturally heated mineral water fills vintage tubs. A perfect pit stop to soak, unwind, and take in the views 🫡🙌

On our first day, we headed straight to the Pa’rus Trail—and were rewarded with this breathtaking view 😍 I’m still in awe that a place like this exists in the world!

Thank you to my amazing friend @paula__tefera for capturing this moment✨
